Methodology

The UpGrad_Me 2.0 project utilizes innovative approaches that involve the use of video games and gamification to improve the employability of young Migrants, Newcomers, Asylum seekers and Refugees (MNAR). The project will conduct a thorough analysis of needed skills and competencies MNARs need to attain in order to enter the labour market and put forward good practices and innovative tools that will allow practitioners working with migrants to use gamification techniques to better support them. All of the content, findings and tools developed by the project will become available via the project’s user-friendly and free gamified platform that will also be available via smartphones to help MNAR in their labour orientation.
